Your Voice. Your Community. Your Impact.
At The Canadian Muslim Vote (TCMV), our volunteers are the driving force behind our mission to amplify Muslim voices across the political landscape. Through our flagship Get Out the Vote (GOTV) campaigns, these dedicated individuals have empowered communities across Canada to show up, speak out, and shape the future. Whether it’s canvassing door-to-door, hosting voter education sessions at local masjids, or distributing non-partisan resources at community events, our volunteers bring energy, passion, and purpose to every initiative.
In 2023 and beyond, their efforts have reached new heights. From the Mississauga Mayoral By-Election to the Federal LaSalle By-Election and the Alberta NDP Leadership Race, our volunteers played a critical role in engaging voters and educating communities on the importance of participating in the democratic process. In Mississauga, they spotlighted how municipal decisions impact housing, transit, and public services—issues that affect us all. In LaSalle, they collaborated with local leaders to drive home the power of Muslim representation in smaller ridings. And in Alberta, they partnered with YEG Votes to engage Muslim voters in key conversations with future party leaders.
These efforts go beyond elections—they’re about building a lasting culture of civic engagement. Many of our volunteers are young Muslims stepping into leadership roles for the first time, finding purpose in empowering their neighbours and advocating for their communities. By volunteering with TCMV, they’re helping others get out and vote and becoming the changemakers our community needs.
If you’ve ever wanted to make a difference, now is the time. Join our growing network of passionate volunteers and help us continue this movement. Your voice, your time, and your energy can spark change in your community and beyond. We need our voices heard–now more than ever.
