Muslims & Islamophobia

As Mayor,I will work with the Regional Police, local mosques, Muslim organizations, youth, and community leaders to establish regular dialogue, where residents can raise concerns about Islamophobia, discrimination, hate crimes, and policing practices in a safe and respectful environment. I would also encourage community policing initiatives.

As Mayor, I will work closely with mosques, Islamic schools, and Muslim organizations to strengthen partnerships with police, fire services, and emergency responders. I will advocate for safety workshops, emergency preparedness plans, and clear reporting channels for hate-motivated incidents.
